IMPROVE ACCESS WOTH VIRTUAL TOURS
People working to protect heritage face the dilemma between allowing people visit and enjoy historic sites and restricting access to protect fragile sites and buildings from further damage and some places are simply not safe or permissible to explore....this is where our virtual tours can help.
We capture historic buildings, monuments and ruins with millimetre precision, bringing otherwise inaccessible buildings to everyone to explore and satisfy their curiosity. What's more, our high resolution scans record the present state of a building, place or monument - a valuable asset to refer to in the years to come.
Take a 3D tour of Arnos Vale Cemetery - click the 'dolls house' symbol in the bottom left to change your view and also keep look out for the video, photo and text signage along the way...
We can repeat scans over a period of time so you can compare change.
Our camera uses infrared to record the position every physical element in view. This data is used to create a 3D mesh, over which we superimpose our 360 photography. We can grant you access to our online workshop to allow you to measure, with millimetre accuracy, any physical element captured by simply clicking on two points.
High resolution images can be downloaded from any angle in your VR space.
Annotations, notes, images, videos, audio recordings, and google maps can all be embedded at any point in the tour. These can be modified and changed at a later date if you need to add to your tour.
Tours can be archived.
Our team is experienced filming in fragile, historic environments and will operate efficiently and with sensitivity. Our cameras are capable of operating in low light and small spaces.
